Reintroducing Myself
It’s been a while since RPN published a blog post, and a lot has happened in the space of a few months. During that time, my life and business have undergone some significant changes. But despite the exciting changes happening, you can expect the same level of service from RPN and me.
As I re-emerge from this period of transformation, I wanted to take a moment to reconnect with you, my valued clients and my community and to let you know who I am. Thank you, landlords, tenants and existing clients, for your continued business and entrusting your properties and investments to me and RPN.
Many of you know me as a dedicated real estate agent who strives to get results for her clients and is passionate about helping people find a home. While that passion remains, another passion fuels me and underpins why I do what I do.
That passion is my faith in Jesus Christ.
It’s what gives me purpose.
It’s what sustains me.
If not for His grace, I would not be here.
It’s what drives me to serve you, to get the best results for you while keeping my charges low and doing everything with integrity.
Beyond my activities in RPN, I have been dedicating a significant portion of my time and resources to not-for-profit activities. Serving those in need and contributing to social justice initiatives are natural extensions of serving my clients in RPN, and they are driving forces in my life. I believe it's essential to integrate these values into my business and use my profits to do good in the world.
For my landlord clients, be assured that the exceptional service you've come to expect from me remains unchanged. I am still committed to finding the perfect tenants for your properties and managing them with the utmost care. However, I hope you'll also embrace this renewed focus on community and social responsibility and perhaps even be inspired to join me in my mission.
For my vendor clients, be assured that I am always available to advise on the best way to prepare your property and get the most out of it during the sale.
Moving forward, I plan to not only update you on what’s happening in the market and feature our current homes for sale but also to showcase the incredible work being done by inspiring individuals and organisations within our community and abroad. I want to shine a light on those making a difference, hoping that others will be encouraged to become involved.
RPN has also undergone some exciting reshuffles, including partnering with businesses like SMDC (SM Development Corporation), which share our values and present exciting opportunities for real estate investors and self-managed super funds to invest in affordable, premium properties. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.
